The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person within the confines of the 41 Precinct in Bronx.
The circumstances are as follows.
It has been reported to police that the missing was last seen on November 01, 2019 at approximately 1730 hours at his residence.
The missing is described as follows.
Missing:
Fernando Serrano
890 Beck Street
Bronx, NY 10459
Fernando is described as an 81-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 5’1″, approximately 95 lbs., brown eyes, slim build, bald, has facial hair.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black North Face jacket and black sneakers.
