The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in connection to an assault (non-fatal shooting) that occurred within the confines of the 43 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, January 28, 2018, at 2034 hours, in front of the Met Foodmarket located at 751 White Plains Road, an unknown individual displayed a firearm and shot a 15-year-old male and a 19-year-old male. Both victims sustained a single gunshot wound to their foot. EMS responded to the location and transported the victims to Jacobi Hospital, where they were listed in stable condition. The unknown individual was last seen fleeing southbound on White Pains Road.
The unidentified individual is described as a male black, approximately 25-years-old, with a medium build and a beard; last seen wearing dark pants, a black hooded sweatshirt and a black coat.
