Help Identify A Robbery Duo

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals depicted in the attached photographs in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 47 Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday January 20, 2019, at approximately 1850 hours, in the vicinity of Matthews Avenue and Burke Avenue, the two individuals approached the 19-year-old male victim from behind, placed him in a chokehold and slammed him down to the ground, rendering him unconscious. The individuals punched and kicked the victim in the head repeatedly while he lay unconscious and then removed his cell phone and an undetermined amount of money. The individuals fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. The victim was removed to an area hospital in critical condition with fractures to his face, bleeding in the brain and lacerations to his head in addition to pain and bruising.
