On Sunday, January 19, 2020, at approximately 2330 hours, police responded to a 911 call for a mal, shot in front of 2241 Creston Avenue, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers discovered an unconscious and unresponsive 23-year-old male with gunshot wounds to head and torso.
The victim was removed by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation in regard to the homice described above, the following 27-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged.

The investigation remains ongoing.
