A 73-year-old New York City woman injured in a New Year’s Eve fire that claimed the lives of her husband and two other relatives is recovering at a hospital.

June Debro, a retired nurse, jumped to safety from a third-floor window of her Bronx home on Beach Avenue.

Her husband, 73-year-old John Debro, her 71-year-old sister, Annetta Isaac, and 12-year-old grandson, Jahvonte Smith, all died of smoke inhalation.
