New York City’s First-Born Baby In 2012 Is From Bronx

The city’s first-born baby in 2012 is a girl and her name is Rania Ali.

Rania arrived at the Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx at 00:00 a.m. earlier today. She measured 7 pounds, 3 ounces and 18.5 inches.

The proud parents are mother Ali Ali and father Imdad Ali, who are Pakistani immigrants who live in the Throgs Neck section of Bronx.
