The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the person of interest, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph in connection to a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 41sr Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on July 26, 2020, at approximately 1600 hours, inside of the Hunts Point Avenue 6 subway station, approximately 5 to 6 male individuals grabbed the 56-year-old male victim from behind as he exited the station and threw him down to the ground. The individuals punched and kicked the victim and then removed his baseball cap before they fled in an unknown direction.

The victim suffered pain and bruising to his body.

The individuals are described as males, Black, in their 20s.
