On Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at approximately 0447 hours, EMS responded to a report of an aided unconscious male in front of 3212 Cruger Avenue, within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
Responding EMS observed a 69-year-old unconscious male lying on the ground and transported him to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, where he was pronounced deceased on Tuesday, May 02, 2023.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, this incident has been deemed a homicide and the following 33-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Thursday, May 04, 2023, at 1415 hours, within the confines of the 47th Precinct.
