On Sunday, September 27, 2020, at approximately 1257 hours, the following 32-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged, in the confines of the 24th Precinct in Manhattan.

- criminal obstruction of breathing;
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
