On Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at approximately 1950 hours, police responded to 911 call for an unconscious female inside of 1848 Anthony Avenue, in the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officer discovered a 57-year-old female unconscious and unresponsive.
EMS arrived and pronounced the female deceased at the scene.
The above listed incident has been deemed a homicide.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 33-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Monday, April 27, 2020, at 1400 hours, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.

Charges:
- murder;
- manslaughter;
- burglary.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
