The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the three individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and a video clip, who are wanted in connection to a gunpoint robbery, which occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at 1000 hours, inside of the “Sport Barber Shop,” located at 560 Commonwealth Avenue, three unknown individuals entered the location; individual #1 and #2 stood by the door as look outs, while individual #3 pointed a firearm at a 54-year-old male barber shop employee and stated, “Give me the money right now!”
The victim, in fear for his safety, gave the individual $2,000 cash, before the individuals fled on foot northbound on Commonwealth Avenue.
There were no reported injuries in regard to the incident.
The unidentified individuals are described as follows:
- Individual #1: an adult male, with dark complexion, 5’06” tall, weighing 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a dark blue jogging jacket, black jeans and beige sneakers.
- Individual #2: and adult male, Black, approximately 6’00” tall, weighing 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black jogging jacket, black headband, a white sleeveless t-shirt and black sneakers.
- Individual #3: and adult male, with dark complexion, approximately 5’08” tall, weighing 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a dark colored jacket, dark colored pants, a red baseball cap and black sneakers.
