The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male, seen in the attached surveillance photographs, who is sought in connection with a public lewdness incident in transit, which occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct / Transit District 12 in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Sunday, August 08, 2021, at approximately 0240 hours, inside of the 138th Street and 3rd Avenue subway station, an unidentified male exposed his penis and masturbated by the turnstiles.
The unidentified male fled to parts unknown.
Surveillance photographs of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
