The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 71st Precinct in Brooklyn.
Details are as follows.

David Lewis
1548 Saint Marks Avenue
Brooklyn, NY
It was reported to the police that David Lewis was last seen Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at 1200 hours, leaving the NYC Health + Hospitals / Kings County, located at 449 Clarkson Avenue.
He was last seen wearing a yellow polo shirt, black pants, beige cap, with white and black Adidas sneakers, walking towards New York Avenue.
The missing is described as a 79-year-old male, Black, approximately 5’11” tall, weighing 200 lbs., with a heavy build, brown eyes and straight black hair.
