On Sunday, May 21, 2023, at 2050 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, assaulted at 2200 Grand Concourse, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officer observed 62-year-old male with trauma to the head.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to BronxCare Health System, where he was pronounced deceased on Monday, June 05, 2023.
The incident has been deemed a homicide.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 49-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 1255 hours, within the confines of the 46th Precinct.

- aggravated harassment.
The investigation remains ongoing.
