The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 23rd Precinct in Manhattan.

Details are as follows.

Missing:

Anthony Goodwin
219 E. 97th Street, Apt. 8G
Manhattan, NY 10029

It has been reported to police that Anthony Goodwin was last seen on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at approximately 1400 hours, exiting an Uber vehicle in the vicinity of 4 E. 107th Street, Manhattan.

The missing is described as a a 70-year-old male, Black, approximately 6’03” tall, weighing 250 lbs., with brown eyes and grey hair.

He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, a brown shirt, tan pants, and a black newsboy style cap.
