Mahon, Judge, a hearing will be held at Central Connecticut Regional Children’s Probate District, 1501 East Main Street, Suit 203, Meriden, CT 06450 on October 23, 2012 at 9:15 AM. On an application for Continued Termination of Parental Rights concerning a certain minor child born on September 29, 1999. The court’s decision will affect your interest, if any, as in said application on file more fully appears.
