The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached surveillance photo wanted for questioning in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in Bronx.
The following was reported to the police.
On Friday, November 29, 2019, at approximately 1410 hours, in front of 818 E. 166th Street, a 25-year-old male was standing outside that location when an unidentified male with a firearm exited a white BMW, ran towards the victim and fired several rounds striking the victim once in the chest. The male reentered the vehicle and fled in unknown direction.
The victim was transported to NYC Health & Hospitals in serious but stable condition.
