The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is sought in connection to a forcible touching incident, that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Tuesday September 22, 2020, at approximately 0850 hours, in the vicinity of 810 Grand Concourse, the individual approached the 23-year-old female victim from behind and grabbed her buttocks.

The individual fled the scene eastbound on E. 158th Street on a bicycle.

The individual is described as a male, Black, who wore a black baseball cap, a black mask, a black vest, a white sweater and black pants.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782).
