The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is wanted for endangering the welfare of a child within the confines of the 46th Precinct / Transit District 11 in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Sunday, September 05, 2021, at approximately 1520 hours, on a southbound D train, approaching the Fordham Road subway station, an unidentified male passenger was smoking alleged marijuana aboard the train.
A 35-year-old male, accompanied by his 4-year-old daughter, asked the male to not smoke on the train, at which point the unidentified male yelled at the father and daughter, spit on them, and displayed a knife, while threatening them.
The victims detrained at Fordham Road and the unidentified male remained on the southbound train.
There were no injuries reported.
