On Tuesday, October 22, 2019, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. held a luncheon and celebration for senior citizens who have survived cancer at Veterans’ memorial Hall in the Bronx County Building.

The event was sponsored by Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health Plus, Duane Reade / Walgreens and the American Cancer Society.
