The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached surveillance photograph wanted for questioning in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 1215 hours, in front of 1311 College Avenue, a 21-year-old male was involved in a dispute with an unidentified male at the location. The male produced a firearm and shot the victim in the left leg before fleeing in unknown direction.
The victim was removed to NYC Health & Hospitals / Lincoln in stable condition.
