The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photos wanted for questioning in regards to an attempted robbery incident that occurred within confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to the police that on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 1145 hours, inside of 2883 3rd Avenue, an unidentified individual entered the store, displayed a sliver firearm and demanded money. A 42-year-old male employee confronted the individual, who departed the store and fled westbound on east 151 Street.

He is described a male, Hispanic, 5’6″, 180 to 200 lbs. and was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue hat, and black pants.
