However, a party may appear in person at 851 Grand Concourse, Bronx, New York 10451, in Courtroom 406 at 9:30 a.m. on the scheduled court appearance date.

Upon reading and filing the verified petition of Robin Roth propounding the Last Will and Testament of Anne Bussel … by which it has been established to my satisfaction:
(1) that of the persons to be cited herein the place of residence of each of the following named persons is unknown and cannot after diligent inquiry be ascertained by the petitioner herein: the unknown heirs at law and next of kin of Anne Bussel, deceased, if they be living, and if they be dead, to their Executors, Administrators, Creditors and Lienors, their husbands or wives or successors in interest and
(2) that there are or may be other persons to be cited herein who and whose names and places of residence are unknown and cannot after due diligence be ascertained by the petitioner herein;
Now, on motion of Michael Bogart attorney for the said petitioner, it is
ORDERED that the service of the citation in the above entitled matter upon those persons hereinabove named whose places of residence are unknown and also upon those persons who and whose names and places of residence are unknown, be made by publication thereof in one newspaper, to wit, in the
