On Monday, November 04, 2019 at approximately 1340 hours, New York City Police Department (NYPD) police officers responded to a 911 call of a two (2) males, shot at the intersection of E. 157th Street and Elton Avenue, within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 31-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with gunshot wounds to the head and leg, who was removed to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
A 32-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the right leg was also removed to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
