The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following male in the attached photo who resides within the confines of the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn.

It was reported to the police that Frank Page was last seen on Thursday, October 31, 2019, at 2100 hours in Far Rockaway, Queens.
He is described as a 69-year-old male, Black; last seen wearing blue Yankee cap, plaid shirt and blue sneakers.
