On Monday, November 04, 2019 at approximately 1340 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a two males shot at the intersection of E. 157th Street and Elton Avenue within the confines of the 40th Precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 31-year-old male unconscious and unresponsive with gunshot wounds to the head and leg, who was removed to NYC Health & Hospitals / Lincoln where he was pronounced deceased.
A 32-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the right leg was also removed to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
