The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following missing female who resides within the confines of the 109 Precinct in Queens.
Details are as follows.
Missing:
Carmen Moncada
41-60 Bowne Street, Apt. 4B
Queens, NY 11355
It was reported to the police that Carmen Moncada was last seen on Monday, November 04, 2019 at approximately 1405 hours inside 47-01 Queens Boulevard.
She is described as a 72-year-old female, Hispanic, being approximately 5’0″ tall, weighing 130 lbs., with a medium build, brown eyes and brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a green jacket, black pants and black boots.
