The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached photo in connection to a forcible touching that occurred within the confines of the 40 Precinct/ Transit District 11 in Bronx.
The details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on January 09, 2020, at approximately 1731 hours, a 39-year-old female was on board a north bound “4” train when the suspect approached her from behind and to rubbed his groin area against her.
The victim took a photo of the male prior to exiting the train at the Burnside train station.
The individual is described as a male, Black, 30 years of age, approximately 5’6″, approximately 150 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black baseball hat, and blue jeans.
