The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male, seen in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is sought in connection with an assault (non-fatal shooting), which occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 1510 hours at a BP gas station, located at 481 E. 163rd Street, an unidentified male, operating a black Chevrolet Malibu, approached the victim, a 29-year-old male, who was operating a silver BMW sedan, and discharged a handgun multiple times.

One of the rounds struck an shattered the back window of the victim’s vehicle and then struck the victim in his head.

The unidentified male fled in the black Chevrolet Malibu.

The victim was transported by EMS in critical condition to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was stabilized.
