On Tuesday, August 03, 2021, at approximately 1234 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a robbery inside of 2400 Wicham Avenue within the confines of the 49th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, police discovered a 91-year-old male victim, in the garage, unconscious and unresponsive with injuries to the head.
EMS also responded and pronounced the victim deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following individual has been arrested and charged on Monday, August 09, 2021, at 0950 hours within the confines of the 49th Precinct.

- manslaughter.
