It was reported to police that on Saturday, September 04, 2021, at approximately 2145 hours, in the vicinity of W. 131st Street and 8th Avenue, within the confines of the 32nd Precinct in Manhattan, an unidentified individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, discharged a firearm multiple times, striking a 24-year-old male victim in the head and a 15-year-old victim in the torso.
The victims were transported by EMS to St. Luke’s Hospital in critical condition.
The unidentified individual fled in an unknown direction.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, detectives have submitted additional surveillance photographs and video clip of both individuals, who are wanted for questioning in connection to the above-listed incident.
On Tuesday, September 07, 2021, the 21-year-old male victim, who sustained a gunshot wound to his head was pronounced deceased.
This incident has been re-classified as a homicide.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 23-year-old male individual was identified as a person of interest on Thursday, October 28, 2021, and later arrested on Thursday, December 02, 2021, at approximately 0925 hours.

- reckless endangerment;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
