On Thursday, November 23, 2023, at approximately 2345 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person, shot in front of 67 Macombs Place, within the confines of the 32nd Precinct in Manhattan.
Upon arrival, officers observed 48-year-old male victim with a gunshot wound to the back.
The victim was removed by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, On Thursday, November 30, 2023, at approximately 2300 hours, the following 47-year-old male individual was arrested and charged in the confines of the 32nd Precinct for the above-listed homicide.

- murder;
- reckless endangerment;
- criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm.
The investigation remains ongoing.
