On Thursday, December 02, 2021, at approximately 1352 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot inside of 388 E. 141st Street (Mott Haven Development), within the confines of the 40th Precinct / Police Service Area 7 in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 27-year-old male, lying unconscious and unresponsive inside the lobby with a gunshot wound to the head.
EMS responded and pronounced the male deceased on scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 41-year-old male individual has been arrested in regard to the above-listed incident.

The investigation remains ongoing.
