A 14-year-old girl slashed a 15-year-old girl in the face during a heated fight over a boy in the hallway of their Bronx high school Friday afternoon, officials said.

Andrew J. Clark, 19, of Bronx, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on February 2, 2014 and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, following a traffic stop, according to police.
