2 NYPD Detectives Accused Of Kidnapping, Raping Woman

Two NYPD detectives were arraigned Monday on charges of raping a young woman in their custody.

Detectives Eddie Martins and Richard Hall face charges of rape, kidnapping and official misconduct as part of a 50-count indictment unsealed Monday.

The alleged incident happened September 15, 2017, when the Brooklyn South narcotics detectives pulled over the 18-year-old woman in a Gravesend park.
