On Friday, December 20, 2019, at approximately 0503 hours, the following 37-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged, in the confines of the 120^th Precinct in Staten Island.

Arrested:

Douglas Macewen
NYPD – Detective

Charges:

DWI;
DWAI;
refusal to take breath test.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
