The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a person who resides in the confines of the 49th Precinct in Bronx.
The details are as follows.

Natialia Messam
2199 Holland Avenue, Apt. 2F
Bronx, NY 10462
It was reported to police that Natalia Messam was last seen at 2130 White Plains Road on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 1200 hours. She is described as female Black , 5’5″, 190 lbs.
