On Monday, August 5, 2024, at approximately 2330 hours, Bronx Homicide and 41 Precinct Detective Squad personnel conducted a search warrant at 903 Rogers Place, within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.
A firearm and drug paraphernalia were recovered inside a bedroom.
Furthermore, human remains of a 46-year-old male were found inside the kitchen of the apartment.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
