Police are hoping surveillance video will help them track down the man who attacked an MTA employee on a Bronx subway platform last week.

Investigators say it was just before 2:30 a.m. last Tuesday when the man approached a female MTA employee at the Tremont Avenue station.

While standing on the southbound D platform, police say the victim was grabbed from behind, thrown to the ground, and choked.

She was later treated at the hospital for minor injuries to her head and neck.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the NYPD Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit
