On Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at 2024 hours, the following 22-year-old male off-duty New York City Employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 70th Precinct in Brooklyn.

Gianni Eatman-Nelson
MTA Bus Driver
Charges:
- criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm;
- criminal possession of a firearm;
- obstructing governmental administration;
- violation of ocal law.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
