On Sunday, June 23, 2024, at approximately 0942 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, stabbed in the vicinity of 1471 Watson Avenue, within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 63-year-old male with a stab wound to the chest.
EMS transported the aided to NYC Health + Hosptial / Jacobi, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 52-year-old female individual was arrested and charged on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at 1900 hours, within the confines of the 43 Precinct.

Charges:
- murder in the 2nd degree;
- manslaughter in the 1st degree;
- criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree.
The investigation remains ongoing.
