The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who has been reported missing from, and resides within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

It was reported to police that Mike Cloyd was last seen leaving his residence on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at approximately 0700 hours.
The missing is described as an 18-year-old male, Black, approximately 5’7” tall, weighing 140 lbs., with a medium-dark skin complexion, slim build, brown eyes, and black hair.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue pants, and a black ski mask.
