Councilman Fernando Cabrera honored Linda Jones, a librarian who served Francis Martin Library for over quarter of a century.

She has provided mentorship, guidance, and service to many residents in her district, especially the youth.

“It is my pleasure to honor this upstanding member of the community that exemplifies hard work, dedication, and service of excellence. Linda’s service has spanned over two decades and she deserves to be honored for her commitment to better her community for as long as she has.”, said Councilman Cabrera.

At the awarding ceremony were present NYC Councilman Fernando Cabrera, Community Board #5 District Manager Xavier Rodriguez and Linda Jones.
