MTA Running Close To Normal

The city’s mass transit system is up and running, while sanitation crews are tackling the roads.

Commuters are being warned to allow extra travel time as they head out for the day.

The MTA says that the city’s public transportation system is in good condition, but subways are running only locally. Buses are up and running too with some scattered delays due to icy road conditions.

Transportation officials are reminding everyone to be on the lookout for ice while walking around.
