On Thursday, September 03, 2020, at approximately 0245 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an assault with a knife inside of 1822 Davidson Avenue, apt. 2C, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 40-year-old male with a stab wound to the neck.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
A knife was recovered and a 20-year-old male was taken into custody.
Pursuant to the ongoing investigation, the following 20-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.
