On December 08, 2019 at 0555 hours police responded to a report of a person assaulted with a knife in front of 985 Simpson Street within the confines of the 41 precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival officer discovered an 19-year-old male with multiple stab wounds to the torso and an 18-year-old with a stab wound to the torso.
EMS responded and transported both individuals to Lincoln Hospital where the 19-year-old was pronounced deceased and the 18-year-old was listed in stable condition.
The identity of the deceased is pending proper family notification.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 18-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged.

Charges:
- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
