On September 27, 2019 at approximately 1630 hours, the following 40-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 45 Precinct in Bronx.

Charges:
- criminal possession of a weapon 2
- criminal use of a firearm 2
- reckless endangerment 1
- criminal possession of stolen property 4
- false report of an incident 3
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
