On Sunday, April 13, 2025, at approximately 0447 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person, shot in front of 226 Quincy Street, within the confines of the 45th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 24-year-old male victim with two gunshot wounds to his chest.
EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, where the victim was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
