It was reported to police that on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at approximately 1808 hours, in front of 1461 5 Avenue within the confines of the 25th Precinct in Manhattan, an unidentified individual fired several shots at another unidentified male.
During the incident, the 59-year-old male victim was grazed in the chest by one of the shots.
EMS transported him to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem in stable condition.
The individual fled the scene in an unknown direction.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 18-year-old and 20-year-old individuals were arrested and charged within the confines of the 25th Precinct on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at 2330 hours and on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at 1200 hours, respectively.

The investigation remains ongoing.
