On Monday, May 27, 2019 at approximately 2332 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 1499 Boston Road, within the confines of the 42 Precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 23-year-old male lying in front of 1551 Claremont Parkway, with gunshot wounds the legs. EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to Lincoln Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on Monday, June 17, 2019. The incident has been deemed a Homicide.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
